If you have never had a towel radiator before it can take some getting used to in order to make the most of it once you do have one installed in your bathroom.
For example there is nothing better than having a nice warm towel waiting for you when you step out of the bath or shower. So make sure you get into the habit of putting one on the towel radiator for a while before you intend to have your bath. You might forget this when you first get your towel radiator but there is no doubt that it is a great habit to get into! This is particularly true in the winter when it is colder and you want a nice warm towel to use.
It is also a good way to dry your towels when you have used them. Not everyone wants to have towels on their towel radiators all the time, but it is good to know you have a way of drying them quickly and easily when you need to. If you store your towels in the airing cupboard or in a cabinet in the bathroom when they are dry, it is nice to know you can have them back in their rightful place pretty quickly when you need to.
You may decide to keep towels hanging on there all the time of course. But this might depend on the type of towel radiator you have installed. Some of them are rather more eye catching and modern than others. If you have something quite basic then it will look just fine to have the towels on it. Others meanwhile are made to be seen, so you will probably enjoy having them in full view, particularly if you have visitors and you want to show off your new acquisition.
When you buy your towel radiator you should consider whether you want your towels to be sitting on it all the time or not. If you do, it may not be a good idea to think about spending more money on an expensive designer towel radiator. Why spend more if you aren’t going to see it?
You can see that it pays to think carefully about your purchase before you actually splash out on your new towel radiator. A bit of forward thinking will go a long way towards choosing the right radiator for your needs.
